The Instruments [6]

Every musician has an instrument, whether it's your voice, a band instrument or orchestra or percussion, an instrument is an instrument.

People can meet through the craziest of things. I met Estrielle in band and then we later talked and soon became best friends over facebook. Then Estrielle and I shared favorite bands, songs, and music in general. Soon we decided to start a band of our own. It still is a little bit of a mystery to us about what we call the band. We've met a few times and we're quite good for beginners. Well, our guitarist is excellent and so is our drummer but we still have lots to learn. I've asked a few kids in the lessons I go to about singing and they said "that's cool" Although undiscussed, we have a male backup singer.
I have talked to other kids about it and they said they would like to but that there are requirements. In the end, our male singer is...alright. The requirements of the others are only that they have a life and they won't be able to devote their life to it. I can agree with that statement because we all have our own thing to do. Mikale said he would sing but he's already had a solo in his choir and this other kid said that he gets nervous in front of people. I've even met a guy who can sing with a sort of accent.
In a way, I would like to actually have a band meet with all of these guys seperately to see who is best suited but we can always do that later. I'm also in another band with my other friend from school. It's cool because we went to Wendy's once and sang them a song about fries. She's a very good guitarist too! And an excellent singer. I'm only a good singer if I'm in the car listening to the radio and my sisters driving and singing along too. I'm jealous of people's instrument skills. I've always wanted to play the guitar and I used to take guitar lessons as a kid but the teacher had to stop for a while and never was able to continue teaching. The guitar lessons were cool and I can still sort of play if I keep messing around with a guitar. Yeah, an acoustic guitar.
The other night I was writing a song too. In fact, I've noticed how it's easiest to write a song when you just simply make it up as you go and record yourself. If you record yourself you can easily go back and check the note that you sang and it's easier to edit. I tried another method out this morning too. It was pretty cool. In the end, instruments should be for the joy, not the grade, not because other people want you to play, but because you actually want to do that.

The Remote [5]

The Remote...of Time. In a way, it would be able to control your life, whether you want to relive a moment, visit a memory, or fastforward through the bad parts, you would be able to control it. Although, if it were me, I would get the Remote tricked out to go to any time and any place.

If the Remote was able to do that, people would be able to live their lives in a majority of luxury. Going back and telling yourself what you know now and actually changing your whole life course by a few little edits here and there things would be ten times better. But then, we would all turn out as 100% innocent people which is good in a way, but then you would never learn from the hardships.

An example could be going back in time to when your friends hung out. Or maybe just a few minutes ago, if you wanted to listen to a song again, or watch a movie again or something.

The Pool [4]

Although I do not like to swim, it would be cool to have a pool. Then I would really swim.

I had a dream about having a pool once. It was cool because I had a big party that lasted all week and part of my house was morphed to be..bigger I guess. In the end it made for a really amazing party! I mean, there was way more cool things we could do. Reed, Jerome, and Todd came too. The best part was probably the fact that it was just a week long hang out at my house. It was the best! And all because we had a pool. It wasn't even those lame neighborhood pools but it wasn't as fancy as waterworld. It was really cool because somehow we also had a bigger backyard. The pool stretched from the concrete in my backyard to the trampoline on the other side of the house. It was very cool. The best part is probably that most of the pool was underneath the yard so that you could still have a yard but you could also have a pool! The pool was open to the fresh air on two sides. The place behind the shed, and the place where this bush used to be. It was awesome! Somehow, it was deep enough to fit a room by the pool too. The roof of the area was made of concrete or something that we decorated with shiny sparkles and stars. We even had a hottub which was behind the trampoline. It was a pretty cool place!

The Journal [3]

The Journal, sequel to The Notebook! Just Kidding! They didn't make a sequel, if they do they really shouldn't name it "The Journal" just because it seems almost quite lame. Even though you might think otherwise. But if you think about it, if they made a third sequel, it'd be entitled "The Diary" which would be...not cool, honestly.

Purpose: To write stuff in it. For example, songs. I've been really into writing songs lately and stuff. Plus, I need a better place to put all of my stories in! And I could use my purple marker to write in it!

Just imagine it. Once upon a time, Estrielle and I hang out at the library. I love the library, personally. Yes, it has cool books and such but the real fun is to play hide-n-seek! Estrielle and I have our special hiding spots. For instance: the different floors and lounges of the library. Or the couch with the magnet board behind it. Yes, it's sometimes even fun to just sit in the isle in between book shelves. Or maybe the window sill. All of it would look really cool, well only if you did something cool while you were there. Estree and I especially have good memories in the elevator. We hid there once for at least an hour. Yes, some people thought we were quite weird but it was fun! Plus, we didn't get kicked out of the library because honestly we weren't making too much of a ruckus. It was a great hiding place, that is, until our seekers finally discovered where we had hid. Though, it would always be fun to go there with people who haven't really hung out there. Then you could totally hide and text them clues like we did. All over again. The memories are the best.
So next time you go to the library for a really long time: just remember that you can always hide in an elevator if there is an elevator. And don't be loud but follow the rules and you won't get kicked out of the library.
Plus, you could always just sit out in the front of the library with juice pouches and pudding. All worth writing about. You could write crazy stories and stuff!

The Purple Marker [2]

I have always wanted a purple marker. Think about it: if I had a purple marker I could draw my life in purple! It's not that I don't like the other colors, it's just purple appeals to me more. If I had a purple marker, which I just so happen to have right at this moment. I would write everything in purple. It would be cool especially if I had super cool handwriting, but my handwriting tends to be all over the place. Oh well.

If I had a purple marker but could do anything I wanted, I would... make it Summer. And I would make it so that all of my friends lived by me and that we all went to the same school. My best friend Estrielle and I would go up to the park and hang out. We would have the whole summer to do something cool. One of our little things we do is write stories. I would write all of the stories in purple marker.
The significance of a purple pen is that there is no special memory. It's just the thought that it looks really cool on paper and it's cool when you have to write a long essay for school and just to annoy the teacher you choose to write in pen. Do you know what I'm saying?

So, if you see me at school with a purple marker, you know I got my wish come true. Well, I sort of already had my purple marker wish come true already but still, one day the ink will run out and I will be sad.

The Sporknife [1]

[Note: Not Listed In Order Of Priority]

I superly-duperly want a sporknife! Now, you may not have heard of it but I have! It's a mixture of a spoon, fork, and knife except all rolled up into one! I mean, How convenient is that? So I really want one but if I ask my mom to get it for me, she won't. I'm not supposed to ask for anything weird. Plus, how weird would that be "Hey Mom, can I have a sporknife? You can get it at amazon.com! And it comes in different colors!" Although you'll probably say "just ask for it" I say, "meet my mom and then say that"
So if I get a sporknife, it'll be awesomeness! And then, it can be the new thing and I'll be like "That's right! I got a sporknife and made it cool!" Haha, yeah that would be awesome! Hopefully I get a sporknife! I'm not allowed to buy anything online or else I would get it myself!

You have to check it out! Sporknife is made by Light My Fire! You can get it at amazon.com or probably maybe possibly the container store or your local...store. Or you can look it up online. Google it. Google is cool.

Prologue!

I have decided that I am officially going to write a list for things to do/my personal bucket list/wish list/dream list. But it's not like any ordinary list. I am going to write each one of the different things I'd do as a story about how I see it happening. Or how I wish it would happen.

I will also add that if I ever get a little bored doing this, then I will also just make a list for you!

These blogs don't always have the best ideas, should not be taken personally or too seriously. Remember: these are DREAMS.
